Adams Weight Loss

So, as of today, Adams lost over 20 lbs. and hes lost that in about a month. He lost most of it the first two weeks after we started eating like this:

Whole grains only - no white flour
Almost no sweets
Very little meat, maybe once a week
Very little milk
Beans, Brown rice (no white rice)
Veggies

Congrats Adam! Did you cut out meat too? All animal products, or just some?
