Basic Sweetroll Dough

1 & 1/2 cups scalded milk
1 cup warm water
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter
3 Tbl yeast
7 cups flour
2 Tbl gluten if your using spelt flour
2 Tbl Dough Enhancer

Combine milk, water, eggs, sugar, salt, butter, yeast, dough enhancer, gluten and 3 cups of flour. Mix on high speed for 5 minutes. Gradually add 3 more cups of the flour. Dough should be slightly sticky. Add more flour if needed while kneading.

When Carrie gave me this recipe she accidentally wrote 1 1/2 cups of sugar. I was on the phone while I was making it, by the time I had already added one cup of sugar I thought I just couldn't add another half... we figured it out and the bread ended up tasting really good with all that sugar!!
